We look for candidates who are self-driven, trustworthy, and who work well with others. Of course, we also look at the skill sets that you possess in addition to the above traits.
It usually starts when you submit your application to us. We will review your resume, schedule a screening call, and give you an assessment for you to complete. If there is a match, you will have to sit for 2–3 rounds of interviews—depending on the role you are applying for.
